We spent three weeks in California with our friends during COVID-19. This picture was taken on the Pacific Coast Highway near Monterey. Danielle bought John the best burrito of his life on his birthday.

What's better than a steak dinner? A puppy! We came back to Scribner's for a weekend getaway with our new puppy Spike. Isn't he cute?

The big moment, the day John got down on one knee in the pouring rain and popped the question.

Coming out of the elevator to a packed room full of our friends and family. John, with the help of Lilly, Miri, Moriah, Matt Resnick, Victoria, Emily and Anna, planned an epic surprise engagement party. Shout out to Ralph the Oyster Man! Friends and family from all over the US traveled to be there for our special day. We felt so loved!

Enjoying brunch by the water in Old Caesarea, Israel with Danielle's family. This time it was John's turn to be treated to some good old fashioned Israeli hospitality. He couldn't wait to be back!
