How do I RSVP?

You will receive a digital RSVP link via text or email with a link to this website one per household. Please RSVP under your name by July 18th, 2025 to allow enough time to provide our venue an exact guest count. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

What if I can't make it?

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "decline." If you have RSVP'd attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Danielle at 403-308-3532.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal/ formal attire.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm, so we kindly ask you to please arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! There will be a toonie bar, there is no ATM at the venue so please have cash.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes! For more information, please see the "Accommodations" tab.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be held indoor/outdoor on the patio. The wedding reception will be held indoors in the barn.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the barn. Guests can leave their vehicles in the parking area overnight, and come pick them up the next morning by 10:00am.

Shuttles?

Yes! To ensure our guests get home safely, there will be shuttles leaving the venue starting at 10pm and will leave on the hour until 2:00am back to The Coast Hotel.
