Danielle and Ari's love story began in 2020 when they met the modern way: by swiping right on the JSwipe app . Because they matched during the heat of Covid, they did not meet in person until a month into talking. Danielle worked at the hospital and Ari was too nervous to be around her! After numerous FaceTime sessions and around-the-clock texting, they decided it was finally time to meet in person. Their first in-person date was at Ari's house where they watched a movie and played with Gordie. Danielle could not imagine life without Gordie after meeting him, so she decided to continue dating Ari. One thing led to another which led to Danielle moving in with Ari and Gordie in September of 2021. Ari asked Stanley & Diane for permission to propose to Danielle in the spring of 2023. After weeks of designing the ring, planning, and gathering intel on Danielle's ideal proposal, Ari proposed to Danielle on May 13th, 2023.
