Where is the ceremony and reception being held?
The ceremony will be held at Lauren's parents farm located at:
116 Byers Rd, Callander ON
The reception will be held at the NUSU Student Center located at:
221 College Dr, North Bay, ON
When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Ceremony start time is 2:30PM so we ask that you show up at 2:00PM to ensure there is plenty of time.
Is there early check in available at the hotel?
As the hotel cannot promise an early check in on Saturday, it is advised that if you require a hotel you book it for the Friday and Saturday evening.
What date should I RSVP yet?
As soon as you can would be great! Hoping to have everyones RSVP by June 1, 2025.
Are children able to attend?
Children are only invited if they were apart of your invitation.
What to do if I can't make it?
Please still complete your RSVP and decline to save the couple some time in messaging to see if you can attend.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal meaning guests should aim for attire that is dressier than casual but not as formal as black-tie, think of it as "dressy casual" or "cocktail attire". For your reference bridesmaids will be in black.
Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside. Be mindful of shoe choice as it will be on grass. If raining, the ceremony will take place in a tent on the property.
Is dinner provided for everyone? I notice on your home page it only has information for Ceremony, Dance & Celebration.
We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Due to limited space and costs, we’ve made the difficult decision to keep the dinner part of our celebration small. If you were not prompted to RSVP for dinner or don't see it on the timeline, we kindly ask that you join us back at the NUSU Student Centre for 8:00PM to dance & celebrate!
