Q + A

If you have any questions please check this page first. Otherwise, you can contact Emily at emily_sterner@outlook.com with any questions you may have!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by February 28th, 2025 for each member of your party.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive between 1:00 PM and 1:20 PM. The procession will begin at 1:30, so please arrive before then to be seated on time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please check your invite to see if a "Guest" is listed. You may bring a plus one if it is specified on your invite or on your RSVP link.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we would love to have everyone's little ones at our wedding, we have had to limit the children in attendance. Please check your invite and RSVP to see if your children are listed with your group. When confirming or declining your invite, please do so for each person in your party. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Will there be kid friendly activities?

Yes! During the reception, they are welcome to participate in dancing and outdoor games, and we will have some activities they can do at the table.

What should I wear?

Our dress code is Semi-Formal/Dressy casual. We are planning on having an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting, and an indoor reception. With the wedding being in the Poconos at the end of April, we could see a lovely 70-degree spring day or a chillier 50-degree day. Please dress accordingly! There will also be some walking involved for the ceremony and the reception, so pick shoes that you don't mind walking in, especially outside in the grass.

Will parking be provided?

Yes! There will be parking on site. Follow the signs for parking when you arrive and we will have people available to direct you to where you will be able to park.

Will there be assistance for those that cannot walk to the ceremony and reception?

Yes, we will have transportation available for those needing assistance for the ceremony and reception.

Will food be served?

Yes, there will be food! Following the ceremony Hors d'oeuvres will be served before the reception begins. We will then have dinner, served buffet style, and dessert

Will there be alcohol served during the reception?

No, we will not be serving alcohol during our reception and we ask that you do not bring your own.

Will there be dancing?

Yes! There will be time for dancing after we eat. When filling out your RSVP please include your song requests so we can get you on the dance floor!

What if I don't dance?

No problem! Weather permitting, we will have some outdoor activities set up on the deck for everyone to enjoy.

What if I have dietary restricitons?

When you RSVP, please note any dietary restrictions you may have and how severe it is so we can best accommodate you. We can not guarantee accommodations, but if we are able to we will. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us!

What time will the reception end?

The last song will be played at 7:15 and we plan on having our send off around 7:30.

Is there a gift registry?

Yes! Check out our registry tab.

Is there a way to share the pictures I take that day?

We will have a shared Google Album where we would love for you to share all your pictures from the day! You can also find the link for the album here:

We will have the QR code for the Album around the reception, but you can also access the shared Google Album here:
