Nottawa General Store and Cafe: Very cute general store and cafe. Great spot to grab lunch or a drink during the day.
Bruce Wine Bar: One of our favourite spots in Thornbury for amazing pizza, cocktails, and wine.
Hearts Grey County: This is one of our favourite restaurants in Kimberly, Ont. It's about 30 minutes from Collingwood, Ontario but is definitely worth the trek and is a great spot for dinner or lunch.
The Mill Thornbury: Great dinner spot in Thornbury!
Tesoro Collingwood: Casual Italian restaurant located in downtown Collingwood. Great for lunch or dinner!
Bent Taco Collingwood: Amazing tacos and margaritas!
Tremont Cafe Collingwood: French cafe and restaurant in downtown Collingwood.
We recommend making reservations in advance for any of the above spots!
Breweries and Cafes
Gibson & Company: Located on the main street in Collingwood, we love this cafe, wine bar, and bottle shop. It's a great place to grab a drink or a bite to eat for lunch!
Espresso Post Collingwood: Great place to grab a coffee and scone in the morning!
Good Grief Thornbury: Cute little coffee shop in Thornbury, located beside a book store :)
The Cheese Gallery: If you've ever been to the Grys' chalet in Collingwood, you've likely had a charcuterie board from the Cheese Gallery. Great lunch spot for French onion soup and grilled cheese or to shop their incredible cheese selection. Worth stopping in if you're exploring Thornbury.
Thornbury Cider House: Grab a drink here on your way to explore Thornbury!
Side Launch Brewery: Enjoy the beer garden! First come, first served. Possible to arrange a tour in advance.
Spy Cidery: Located on top of the escarpment!
Georgian Hills Vineyard: Worth checking out for a tasting if you're looking for a day time activity and a drink before the wedding festivities begin!

The majority of shopping is located in downtown Collingwood along Hurontario Street.
The Hive Collingwood: One of Jess' favourite stores in Collingwood for cute home goods, knick knacks, and clothing.
The Body Bar Collingwood: Apothecary and wellness shop
Okay Alright: Clothing shop
Dawes & Co.: Women's clothing and jewelry
Blue Mountain Village - there are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a grocery store.
Other
Scandinave Spa is one of our favourite spots to relax and enjoy the hot/cold baths. Booking in advance is recommended.
