Accommodations
Do we need to book a hotel?
No, you do not need to book accommodations. Every individual invited will have an assigned villa to sleep in. If you'd prefer not to stay on-site, there are several hotels in the neighboring towns.
Travel Arrangements
We ask that guests arrange their own travel/transportation to the venue (meals and lodging will be provided). You will find the following three airports are the best choices for traveling into Italy and closest to the venue:
Option 1. Bologna Guglilmo Marconi Airport (1 hour 20mins)
OR
Option 2. Florence - Amerigo Vespucci Airport (1hr 40mins)
OR
Option 3. Fly into Rome and travel by fast rail to Florence
All options will require a rental car to get to the venue. Parking will be provided free of charge at the Borgo.
