Our Wedding

I had recently moved to Seattle from Chicago and got this cooking job where I have met some bossy lady who like to tell everyone what to do. I started barking at her, because I did like how she was telling me what to do. Apparently, she liked when someone barking at her :)Time was crawling close to Christmas holidays and I`ve decided to send package of goods to my family in Ukraine. I decided to invite Daphne to go shopping. Not far from that, I invited her to go to Pacific ocean shore and we had really great time. After that we started to hang out more and our relationship grew uphill and became stronger. After blink of an eye, I remember being super nervous and anxious to find perfect spot overlooking Puget Sound to propose to her. Here we are!

Event timeline

Our event will take place from August 17th to August 19th. The actual wedding is on Saturday the 17th, starting at 4pm. Our vision for the wedding venue is charmingly rustic. We're not into extravagance; we prefer a fun, outdoor environment where everyone can unwind, enjoy various activities, and just embrace the moment without any pressure. We've rented a campground that transforms into a Christmas tree farm during winter. There's plenty of space for tents, parking, and activities. With river and beach access available, we highly recommend bringing your swim gear—it's August, goddamit! The campground provides amenities like bathrooms, showers, a large covered tent area, and BBQs. If your budget allows, consider renting a trailer, RV, or mobile home that can be delivered and set up due to the ample space available (no hook-ups). Tents are also welcome! If these options don't suit you, there's a hotel (Edgewick Inn) just a mile away or more options in the nearest big city, Issaquah, WA, which is 18 miles away. We'll provide the wedding dinner and drinks on the 17th, and for the rest of the days, it's up to you. We love sharing, so usually, we organize some meals where everyone cooks and enjoys together, creating a big camping family vibe! We'll share some pictures of the campground to give you an idea. Venue

Please be mindful that the ceremony will be on the rocky river bed, so high heel shoes are not a good option. While it is a wedding and slightly dressy attire, we don't want anyone to get hurt or be uncomfortable.

We are 40 minutes from Seattle, 30 minutes from Bellevue. : Follow I-90 E to 468th Ave SE. Take exit 34. Turn right on 468th and continue about ¼ mile, you will see a Christmas tree farm on the right, enter at&nbsp;the giant candy canes.
