Villa Catureglio is 1 hour from Pisa Airport and 1 hour and half from Florence airport if you decide to rent a car. _________________________________________________ _________ We will be providing transportation throughout the weekend to and from the Villa and the hotel listed on the travel tab. Once you have your travel details, please send to Daphnne or Harry. __________________________________________________________ The pick up and drop off location on the first and last day will be the train station in Lucca. __________________________________________________________ From Florence you will take the train at the Santa Maria Novella Station to Lucca. __________________________________________________________ From Rome you will take the train at the Termini Station to Florence Santa Maria Novella. You will need to change over to a regional train in Florence going to Lucca. __________________________________________________________ From Pisa you will take the train at the Centrale Station to Lucca. __________________________________________________________ The easiest way to plan your travels is to purchase your train tickets online. All train tickets can be purchased on the ItaliaRail website. If you purchase tickets online, you do not need to have your ticket validated before entering the train. Validation is done automatically. Please ensure you print the ticket or have it available on your phone for the conductor. ______________________________________________________________ If you purchase tickets at the train station please note you will have to validate your ticket before going on the train. There are red validation stations where you insert your ticket. Yes, there is parking at the venue. When you pass through the gates and drive down the path for about a minute you will see on the right side a pathway to take you to the parking area.

Our wedding will be outdoors, weather permitting.

April is a gorgeous time to visit Tuscany as spring is in full bloom. The weather starts to warm up, and the region enjoys longer daylight hours. Average temperatures range from around 63°F to 72°F (17°C to 22°C).

Black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. *We ask that on our wedding day men refrain from wearing dark green*

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Please arrive at 4:30 PM.

4:30pm-Welcome Drink ; 5pm- Ceremony ; 5:30pm-Aperitivo ; 7pm Dinner ; Wedding Cake; Reception

We ask that during the ceremony you keep your phones and cameras away. We have a great photographer that will be capturing this special moment! As soon as the ceremony is over, you can take all the photos you want during the aperitivo and the rest of the reception. Thank you!
