The ceremony will begin at 4 pm so we highly encourage you to arrive no later than 3:50 pm.

Please come celebrate with us in formal attire. Hopefully the weather will be nice, but in the event that it is not, feel free to bring rain gear and warm cloths. Average temperature of Birmingham in March is high 70 F, low 45 F. Also please avoid wearing colors such as white and ivory, as those are traditionally reserved for the bride.

If you would like to bring a plus one, please contact us to see if we can accommodate them. Due to venue constraints we have a limited number of seats for the event.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside near the statue, while the reception dinner will be held inside in the Electra Room which has an outdoor patio.

Yes! The Vulcan Park and Museum has plenty of parking spots at the venue itself. Please refer to their website for more information.

We will have a shuttle going from the parking lot the to ceremony area for those who need it. There will not be provided transportation to and from the hotels to the event venue.
