Is the ceremony and the reception at the same location?
Yes; The Bend Event Center
Have you reserved hotel room blocks at Hyatt Place | Hyatt House QC?
yes there is a discount rate for the blocked of rooms! Call the Hotel at 309-755-6000 to book a room & our block group is under “Sanders-Dietrich Wedding Block” and is in Hyatt Place and all reservation requests should be made for Hyatt Place.
What time should I arrive before the ceremony?
3:30 pm; 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony!
Is the ceremony outside or inside?
The ceremony will be outside as of right now!
If the weather gets really hot outside or raining, it will be indoors at the Bend Event Center where we will have the reception.
Are there any other hotels near by the ceremony and reception for a cheaper price?
Yes, there are a list of hotels near by listed in the travel section! Feel free to check them out!
Free parking?
Yes there is free parking which you can park in the big parking lot right by the Bend Event Center/Bass Street Restaurant!
What is the dress code?

Will there be a cocktail hour?
We will not be having a cocktail hour. You will be on your own with the cocktail hour from 4:30-5:30 pm! We will give you list of places that you guys can go for drinks during the cocktail hour before the reception that starts around 5:30 pm. List of places that you can go! The River Room on the ninth floor Hyatt Place | Hyatt House House Quad Cities and Combine - A Bass Street Restaurant right inside The Bend Event Center! There are some bars near by as well that you can go to!

Can I bring a gift or card to the wedding?
Absolutely!
Will there be fans for the ceremony if it's hot outside?
Yes, I will be providing some fans for the ceremony so you can stay cool! :)
Will you be providing dessert?
Yes, we will be having a cookie bar with 6 different delicious flavors! Chocolate and White milk will be provided!
Are there assigned seats for the reception?
No, you can sit wherever you want that makes you happy!! There will be reserved tables for our close families!
Will there be a photobooth?
We will have a back drop with these cute photo props that you can take pictures with!
Will there be a app that you can add photos on their for memories?
Yes! never miss moments! I will have a QR code so that way you can scan & add all the memories on there!
What time does the reception end?
The reception will end at 11:00 pm which the facility will close at 12 am!
Can I bring a plus one?
yes you can, just let us know if you want to bring a plus one.

Will there be a plated dinner or a buffet for the dinner reception?
it will be a buffet!
