Yes! A shuttle will make 1 trip from TownPlace Suites by Marriott to Tanglewood prior to the ceremony (leaving at 3:45), and 3 trips from Tanglewood back to the hotel (leaving Tanglewood at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:00)

There is ample parking on site. Please let us know if any guests have mobility limitations, and we can arrange to have a golf cart drive you from your car to the ceremony location.

We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors, although it may be moved inside depending on weather.

The reception will be held indoors, although the outdoor deck and patio will be open for use throughout the reception.

The ceremony will take place in the Grove, located to the west of the clubhouse. Guests are asked to go directly there prior to the ceremony. Several signs will be in place to direct you from the parking lot.

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. Please ensure you are seated no later than 4:20 PM.

If you do want to take photos, we ask that you be mindful of the photographer/videographers who will also be documenting the day for us.

The cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony, roughly 5:00 PM.

The reception will begin immediately following the cocktail hour, roughly 6:00 PM.

The reception will end at 11:00 PM.

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down family style dinner.

Yes! The bride's father is also generously covering tips for the bartenders for the evening, so just come thirsty!

Yes, a room block has been reserved at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cleveland Solon. Mention the Loviscek-Carroll wedding for a discounted rate.
