Absolutely! This is a family-friendly resort!

HOW DO WE BOOK OUR ROOM FOR THE WEDDING?

To book, email our destination wedding designer at weddings@eatravelco.com for a packet of information. The packet includes room rates and all booking information.

DO WE HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT THAT IS BOOKED FOR THE GROUP?

You do not. However, if you choose to stay off-property, there is a mandatory day pass fee that must be paid per guest. If you book off-property, you are responsible for contacting the resort to arrange and pay for your day pass so that you can attend the wedding.

CAN WE BOOK THE RESORT ON OUR OWN?

You can book the resort on your own. However, we have negotiated special rates for the group. Plus, the bride and groom will receive free wedding extras for rooms booked with the group. If you choose to book on your own, you will need to contact the resort and let them know you are part of the wedding group.

HOW DO WE BOOK FLIGHTS AND AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?

All the travel information is in the packet put together by our wedding designer.

When do I need to be booked by?

We have a limited number of guaranteed rooms reserved in each room category. Booking as early as possible will help to ensure that you get the room of your choice. RSVPs must be received no later than January 1st, 2024. To RSVP please email weddings@eatravelco.com.
