There will be a shuttle bus on the day of the wedding (Sat. May 30) from the Hampton Inn & Suites to the wedding venue.
While guests are welcome to search independently for nearby accommodations, the Hampton Inn & Suites in Leesburg is our recommended hotel for those who would like to spend the night at the same place as other wedding guests. It's centrally located 5 miles from our wedding venue and 1 mile from downtown Leesburg.

Travel by air:
The closest airport to our wedding venue is Washington Dulles (IAD). From IAD it’s about is a 30 minute drive to our venue. The second closest airport is Reagan National Airport (DCA), which is about an hour drive away and is closer to downtown Washington DC.
Travel by car:
From Baton Rouge to Leesburg, VA:
Take I-12 East to I-59 North through Hattiesburg and Meridian. Continue north through Birmingham and Chattanooga, then take I-24 East to I-75 North in Chattanooga. Merge onto I-40 East briefly in Knoxville, then take I-81 North through Virginia. Near Strasburg, take VA-7 East directly into Leesburg. (There are other ways to go, this is just 1 option).
From New Orleans to Leesburg, VA:
Start on I-10 East to Slidell, then take I-59 North through Hattiesburg and Birmingham. From there, follow the same route as above: I-24 East to I-75 North, then I-40 East to I-81 North through Virginia. Exit onto VA-7 East near Strasburg and continue to Leesburg. (There are other ways to go, this is just 1 option).
From Atlanta, GA to Leesburg, VA:
Take I-75 North out of Atlanta toward Chattanooga. Merge onto I-24 East, then take I-75 North again into Knoxville. From there, take I-40 East briefly, then merge onto I-81 North through Virginia. Near Strasburg, exit onto VA-7 East, which leads directly to Leesburg.
Details on the locale: Leesburg, VA is a quaint little town founded before the Revolutionary War! It has a cute walkable downtown area. If you find time to explore, it's about a 20 minute walk downtown from the Hampton Inn & Suites. If you drive, there are (2) parking garages downtown in addition to limited street parking.
