Our beloved Monument Circle is the true heart of Downtown Indianapolis. Often filled with life on the lunch hour or during one of the many events that happen year round, it's truly a must-see for anyone visiting the Circle City. You can go up to the top of the monument and get a great view of the city.

The Downtown Canal is one of Indianapolis’ most iconic landmarks and cherished public spaces. The picturesque promenade follows the historic Central Canal from 11th St. to White River State Park, and connects with the Indianapolis Cultural Trail at two locations. The 3 mile loop with its lush green space, many amenities and cultural attractions, and scenic skyline views make it a popular destination for both residents and visitors.


You can walk or bike around the canal or rent a paddle boat or kayak.
