How we met!

Darius and Katie’s first date was on Saturday September 23rd, 2023. They shared a meal at the Greenwood Texas Roadhouse and immediately hit it off. They went on few more dates and not too long after Darius asked Katie to be his girlfriend and she accepted. Darius and Katie have been inseparable since the beginning of the relationship. They have taken multiple trips together, including a spring break in Florida and multiple off Roading trips to Kentucky and Tennessee. The pair madly in love, decided to take their relationship to the next step and make it last forever. Darius proposed to Katie on Valentine’s Day 2025 at the Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle! The happy couple would love for you to celebrate their eternal love!!

Dress code is… Black-tie Optional

We kindly request black-tie optional attire for our June celebration. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are the best choice. A light or dark suit or a formal dress is perfectly appropriate. We encourage guests to embrace the season with florals, bright colors, pastels, or soft neutrals to match the joyful summer setting.

Can I wear white?

HELL NO! Red wine will be spilled purposefully on your outfit.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than April 26th, 2026, so we can finalize our arrangements and ensure a wonderful evening for everyone!

Can I bring my children? 

No. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Guests with children will be asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Due to space and planning considerations, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If a plus one is not mentioned on your invite or you haven’t received verbal confirmation from the bride or groom, we kindly ask that you not bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my pets?

No. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Service animals are welcome.

Where can I stay?

A room block has been secured for our guests at Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Carmel.We recommend booking your stay by Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to take advantage of our reserved block.
