Suits for men or smart trousers/jacket and spring or cocktail dresses for the ladies. Dress for the weather!

Our colour theme is sage green so if you want to colour co-ordinate with us that would be fabulous but please don't feel you have to. We want you to be comfortable.

GIFTS

The most important gift to us is having you share in our special day. But if you wish to contribute in some other way, we would love a few pennies to put in our pot for our honeymoon trip after tying the knot!

PHOTOS/VIDEOS

We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs or videos during the registry ceremony as we have someone to do this for us. However, if you would like to take photos after the ceremony in the registry garden and at any time at our reception at the Meade Hall, we would be delighted.

CONFETTI

Biodegradable confetti can be thrown outside the Registry Office. We will be providing it so you don’t have to!

If you have any dietary requirements or allergens, please let us know on your RSVP.

CHILDREN'S MEALS

Your child/children can either have a smaller portion of the main hogroast buffet or you can pre-order a meal for them from the children's menu on the Crown & Cushion website. Please state on your RSVP your choice(s). Thank you.

Please let us know on the RSVP if you have any specific song requests for the evening.

TRANSPORT BACK TO YOUR HOTEL/HOME

Cars can be left in the Meade Hall car park overnight (at your own risk). However, they will need to be collected by 11.30am the following morning. We advise car sharing or using a taxi if possible.
