Our wedding will take place at Moon Palace Cancun. All guests will be staying at the Nizuc section of Moon Palace. You’ll also have access to the Sunrise section, but please note that The Grand section is not included in your package.

Please RSVP and confirm your booking as soon as possible, as the resort has strict booking deadlines. The latest date to RSVP is October 12th, but if you need a little extra time, please let the bride and groom know.

We recommend arriving by Sunday, April 19th, 2026 at the latest, as the first event kicks off on Monday, April 20th. The last main event finishes late on Wednesday, April 22nd, so plan to depart on Thursday, April 23rd or later. We may also plan a relaxed, optional activity on the fourth day for those who want to extend the fun and end the trip on a high note.

A delicious mix of Indian and Western cuisine will be served at all events. Please make sure to specify any dietary requirements when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Expect warm, sunny days with average daytime temperatures around 32°C (89°F) and cooler nights around 21°C (70°F). Rain is infrequent, with only about 3 to 4 days of light showers expected during the month. Humidity can be high, so it's advisable to stay hydrated and wear breathable clothing.

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them. We’ll provide more details closer to the wedding on how to share them with us. However, we kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony, as our professional photographers will capture those special moments for you.

Yes! While our wedding celebrations span over 3 main days (April 20th–22nd), there will definitely be downtime between events for you to relax and make the most of the resort. We recommend arriving by Sunday, April 19th and staying until at least Thursday, April 23rd so you can enjoy the beautiful Moon Palace, its pools, beaches, and activities without feeling rushed. The itinerary is designed so mornings or afternoons around events leave you time to chill, book a spa session, or explore the resort. We may also plan an optional chill day activity after the main events, so staying the extra day will make it even more fun!

Moon Palace is in a prime location, so if you want to venture out, there are plenty of incredible options. Downtown Cancun is around 25–30 minutes away, perfect for shopping, local markets, and authentic Mexican food. The Hotel Zone is also nearby for nightlife and beach clubs, while Isla Mujeres makes for a stunning day trip by ferry. If you’re up for more adventure, Tulum and Playa del Carmen are about 1.5 to 2 hours away, offering beautiful beaches, cenotes, and Mayan ruins. For thrill-seekers, eco-adventure parks like Xcaret, Xplor, and Xel-Há are within a similar distance. You can book activities through the resort’s tour desk or concierge, who can arrange trusted tours and transport, or you can book online via sites like Viator or GetYourGuide. We recommend planning any excursions either before or after the wedding events so you don’t miss out on the celebrations.

Unfortunately, all guests must stay at Moon Palace to attend the wedding events. This is due to the resort’s security and event access policy, outside guests are not allowed unless they purchase a day pass, which is expensive and limited in availability. Staying on-site ensures you have easy access to all events, enjoy the all-inclusive perks, and celebrate with us without any restrictions.

After selecting your dates and room, you’ll be directed to the ‘Add Benefits to Your Room’ page. At the bottom of this page, make sure the USD Resort Credit is selected (do not remove). This credit can be used for a variety of activities and services at the resort, including spa treatments, romantic dinners, excursions, golf, premium drinks, and more.
