Please RSVP online by August 3, 2024
Directions, Transportation and Accommodations
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Wedding ceremony and reception are at the same venue. Environmental Service Building (ESB) located at 9850 64th St W, University Place, WA 98467
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
ESB has plenty of parking! Your transportation options include driving, Uber, or Lyft.
"I'm doing cartwheels all the way home!" - C.D Phill.
If he's doing cartwheels, you can figure something out, too :)
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The outside area has a covered patio, however the ceremony will be uncovered on the lawn. Of course, this is all weather permitting, but in late August we should be just right with weather! Dinner will be inside.
As we get closer to the big day, we will post weather updates here.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
No, but feel free to use this link to search hotels that have special discounted group rates for our guests: https://hotelblocks.theknot.com/EventPage7498635 And please refer to the "Travel" page for more detailed information on hotels.
Wedding Dress Code
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is Cocktail Attire.
For this time of year in Washington, we suggest the following attire:
Ladies - sundresses, cocktail dresses, or lightweight separates, and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn.
Men - light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.
A jacket won't hurt either for later in the evening as it cools down. There will be a safe place to stash your items in the venue.
No white... that's mine. -Daryl :)
What is the weather like in the area?
Typical weather in August: 75° / 56° fahrenheit
We will update the weather forecast here a week before our wedding.
Plus-Ones and Children
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
If you're married or in the Wedding Party, yes!
Please reach out to us if you have a +1 request that is not already included on your invite.
Am I allowed to bring my child(ren)?
We love your littles and would’ve loved to include everyone in our big day. However, due to venue space restrictions, we are restricting children to our family and wedding party. Think of it as a mandatory date night… there is an open bar and Uber/Lyft options! Thank you so much for understanding.
Menu and Dietary Restrictions
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Andale Feast Mexican Restaurant! Tacos, baby!! Meat and vegetarian options will be available.
Will there be an open bar?
Have you ever hung out with us?
LOL, duh.
Wedding Registry and Gifts
Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?
We are thrilled that you are coming to celebrate with us—and that's the best gift of all! But, if you feel like you would like to help us spruce up our place, you can find our registry on this website.
Since we have lived together for a while now we've put together a gift registry of things to add and update our home! You will also find cash funds listed as our "top picks." Nothing beats travel and experiences together.
