Cancún International Airport
Cancun International Airport is the closest airport to the resort and is approximately a 20-minute drive. Seasons Transfers will provide transportation to and from. You will find booking information for them below.

You can download the Excellence Collection app prior to arrival. The app includes all information regarding restaurants at the resort, dress codes, reservations (if needed), and resort activities. A map of the resort can be viewed at the link below.
Seasons Transfers
Your round trip airport transfer to and from the hotel is included with your stay. To book, you can go to the link on the bottom of your confirmation email, or you can click on the website link below and fill out the form, or you can send an email to transfers@seasonstours.com with your name, the name of the resort, number of passengers, and your arrival and departure dates with airline and flight numbers. They will typically send confirmation within 2 weeks of arrival.
Day of ceremony transportation
Day of transportation to and from Villa La Joya will be provided. Shuttles will depart the Excellence Riviera Cancun to Villa La Joya at approximately 4:15pm on Sunday 10/20.
Tipping
It's recommended to bring some cash (individual dollar bills) to tip the bartenders at the pool/ bars and the servers at the restaurants. It's customary to tip $1 for each drink throughout the day and $5 for lunch/dinner. The staff really appreciates it, and they'll be working hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
