Q + A

What is the Theme?

Our theme is Western Disco

What is Western Disco?

The theme needed to be as eccentric, goofy, and out-there as David and Allycia. This is our rhinestone cowboy affair, our tinsel rodeo, our Broken Back Mountain if you will.

What Should I Wear?

Cocktail or semi-formal attire! We do prefer that our guests wear bright colors to the event. Cowboy hats, boots, and bolo ties are encouraged! The wedding and reception will be outdoors and in the grass so heels are not recommended.

Parking

The wedding will be held in a private neighborhood at a private residence. There will be available street parking. Some family will be helping shuttle guests back and forth if you have to park far and more details will be available on this soon!

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that you please submit your RSVP by August 2nd. This ensures that we have enough time to communicate with all our vendors within a respectful timeframe. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate late RSVPs.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00. We ask that you please arrive 15-20 minutes early and allow yourself time to find street parking in the neighborhood. The gate to the neighborhood will close at 6 pm and we are unable to accommodate late guests because of this!

Can I bring a guest?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate extra guests. We are fortunate enough to be able to host an intimate ceremony at a family friend’s cabin and are already at our maximum allowance of guests. We can only allow people named on the invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have an open bar with a few signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Please plan travel accordingly, we are hosting in a residential neighborhood that doesn’t have taxis or Ubers traveling through on a regular basis!

Who should I contact if I have questions or concerns?

Feel free to reach out to Allycia with any questions or concerns!
