The dress code is formal garden party/ Cocktail Attire. We encourage the women to wear colorful fall midi or floor length dresses or jumpsuits, please be aware that the ceremony will be held on grass so we recommend block heels,wedges or flats. We request the men to wear suit and tie.

The ceremony begins at 5pm at Brandywine Manor House but we ask guest to be there 20 minutes earlier. Guest who are using the provided shuttle service will be departed the Hotel at 4pm.

The Ceremony is set to be outdoors at Brandywine Manor House and the Cocktail hour/Reception is going to be a short walk away in the barn and under the covered patio on the property.

We have two shuttle buses which will leave the hotel at 4pm. to get to the venue at 4:30pm. The buses will also bring people back to the hotel after the wedding at 11pm.

The closest Airport is Philadelphia International Airport, we recommend all guest that are not driving to fly into Philadelphia. The Airport is about an hour car ride away from West Chester.

The weather in Pennsylvania that time of year is usually around mid 60s (18 degrees celsius) but it could be as low as 48 degrees (10 degrees celsius) We would suggest to check the weather forecast closer to the wedding and plan your outfits accordingly. Please note that besides the Ceremony all events will be held indoors or on a covered patio.

Yes, we want to provide our guest with an enjoyable evening and are hosting an open bar. We would request all our guest to drink responsibly and only drink on the premises. Outside alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the property, we ask everyone to follow and be respectful to the rules of our venue. Please be responsible and don't drink and drive!

Should the weather forecast predict rain, the ceremony will be moved into the barn. Cocktail hour will be held on the covered patio while reception will still be held inside the barn.

Yes, if you choose to drive to the Venue there is parking available at the Venue that holds about 50 Cars. Cars are required to be removed from the venue by 9AM the following morning to avoid towing. We ask people to be responsible and not drink and drive, for this purpose we organized buses to bring you from the hotel to the venue and back.
