We have a limited number of room blocks but other rooms are available at the locations outlined below. Please let us know where you decide to stay, as it will help us with arranging the shuttle schedule. If you find yourself looking for other arrangements beyond this list we strongly recommend limiting your search to Woodstock or Quechee, VT as the shuttle pick up and drop off locations on Saturday are limited to these two towns. Flights
Cape Air flies from Boston and White Plains, NY to Lebanon, NH daily. The airport is less than 20 minutes from Quechee or Woodstock. Flights can accommodate roughly nine passengers and may be limited so book early!
Burlington International is approximately a 1.5 hour drive to Woodstock or Quechee. There are several rental car services available at the airport. Alternatively, you can let us know your travel plans in advance and we can help to coordinate a ride.
The Shire Woodstock
Use "LeBoutillier/Coit wedding" as a reference. Ask for Barbara. Four are rooms available with rates ranging from $199-229. Two night minimum. Rooms will be released on May 21
Woodstock Inn & Resort
Use "LeBoutillier/Coit wedding" as a reference. 10 rooms reserved. Room rate is $369. Two night minimum. Rooms will be released on June 7.
Bus
Dartmouth Coach leaves from 150 E. 42nd Street in New York and is a roughly 5 hour trip to Hanover, NH. Hanover is 20 minutes from Quechee and 30 minutes from Woodstock. Let us know if you are traveling by bus and we can coordinate a ride for you.
Rail
Amtrak's "Vermonter" makes stops in New York, Stamford, and Hartford. The White River Junction Station is roughly 15 minutes from Quechee and 25 from Woodstock. Let us know if you are taking the train and we can coordinate a ride for you from the station.
Quality Inn At Quechee Gorge
Use "LeBoutillier/Coit wedding" as a reference. 15 rooms with rates ranging from $120-130, plus $10 for cots. Two night minimum. Rooms will be released on May 21.
Parker House Inn
We have 8 rooms reserved. Ask for Adam Adler to book. Room rates are roughly $235 - 275. Two night minimum. Room release date to be confirmed.
506 On The River Inn
Unfortunately the inn does not offer rooms blocks. The rooms are booking quickly but some are still available starting at $279.
Jackson House Inn
Use "LeBoutillier/Coit wedding" as a reference. Ask for Kathy. Eleven rooms are available with rates ranging from $209-289. Two night minimum. Rooms will be released third week of May.
Inn at Clearwater Pond
As for Tina DeLura. Unfortunately the Inn does not offer room blocks. Room rates are roughly $175 - 295. Two night minimum.
Quechee Club Rentals
Ask for Tina Moses. There are a range of properties available. Great for families and groups big or small. Two night minimum.
