The ladies can wear a nice dress, knee, midi or maxi length is fine with heels or dress sandals. Men, you may wear dress pants, a button up and suit coat or blazer. It will likely be warm in the day. However, it will cool down quickly in the evenings because we are at 5,000ft above sea level. Please keep this in mind as you plan your attire.

We plan to start the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive and be seated before the start time.

Yes! Our dinner for the reception will be a buffet style which will make it easy for our gluten and dairy free friends to still enjoy. If you're vegan or vegetarian, there will still be food options but we will not have an alternative protein unless you communicate this to us ahead of time.

There is ample room for all of our guests to park onsite at the venue with a short walk to the ceremony site and the reception. You'll notice the signs pointing towards the left where the garvel parking lot is located once you pull close to the venue barns.

We'd love to see photos of people enjoying our wedding day on social media. However, we do ask that during the ceremony you refrain from taking photos of us or the wedding party. We'd like every guest to silence their phone and enjoy the moment with us. Our professional photographer will capture the special moments perfectly.

If you are hoping to bring a plus one, please contact one of us to see if that is possible. Children are welcome to join. We ask that you let us know ahead of time.

If the weather allows, we plan to have our ceremony outdoors with the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains as our backdrop and the reception will be indoors. If it rains, we will move the ceremony indoors.
