David & Savannah met in 2019 at Bethany College in Baton Rouge, LA. They started as distant friends, but in 2022, David decided to pursue Savannah. On Mother’s Day (sorry moms 😅😇), Savannah invited David to lunch, which turned into a date to Blue Store Chicken and McDonald’s drinks. Hours of conversation followed—yes, in the McDonald’s parking lot.

In August 2022, David asked Savannah to be his girlfriend in a sunflower field at the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens (She always shared how her mom loved sunflowers & that was a special flower to her). Savannah said “yes” without a second thought.

Fast forward to October 22, 2023, David proposed at the Bethany Crosses in Baton Rouge. And the rest is love history… 🤍
