Q + A

Can I bring a guest?

If your guest name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Are my children invited?

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all our friends’ children, we can only accommodate for a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day and we look forward to celebrating with you. Thank you for understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed. As we prepare for the wedding, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend by using the RSVP section in responding that you cannot attend. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance, we can make necessary adjustments to our plans. On the other hand, if you are able to attend, please RSVP by March 1st, 2024, so that we can provide our vendors with an accurate headcount and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience. Thank you for your understanding and prompt response. We cannot wait to see you on our big day!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. We asked that you arrived 15 to 20 minutes before!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

We wanted to let you know that the reception will be held indoors, while the ceremony and happy hour will be held outside, weather dependent. Please dress accordingly. We are hopeful for beautiful weather, but please be aware of that if conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony or happy hour we will move them indoors to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal cocktail attire. No jeans, please!

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is ample parking at the end of the very long driveway. Please do not drink and drive. In the event you need to leave your car, you must pick it up by 8:00 a.m. the next day.

What's the bar situation?

An open bar will be provided from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. A selection of beer and wine will be provided. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options and coffee.

Where can I smoke?

Per the venue, smoking is only allowed on the gravel parking lot.
