Want to stay away from the wedding party colors? The wedding party will be in light blue's and tan's!

In order to keep our wedding intimate, only the guests formally invited on the invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they should appear on the RSVP.

While we love all the little ones in our families, this will be an adults-only occasion, with the exception of any children participating in the wedding parties.

While we would love to host a Welcome Party, for this occasion we will be doing an intimate Wedding Rehearsal for immediate family and the wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.

The wedding will start promptly at 4:30 PM. All guests should arrive at 4:00 PM. Any guests who are not on time will have to wait until the coordinator allows them into the ceremony.

For our traveling guests, we know it can be stressful and the weather can be unpredictable! Typically weather in Lancaster during June is around High of 80's and Low of 60's. The Ceremony will be outside, please dress accordingly to be comfortable. There is an area that has A/C for those who don't like heat during reception and dancing!

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you are not going to be utilizing the shuttling services from the hotels, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan to drink! You may keep cars at the venue overnight, they must be picked up by 10 AM or earlier the next day.

There will be a formal cocktail hour with an open bar and passed hours d'oeuvres. Dinner will be a choice of your preferred entree from what the bride and groom have chosen to be served. You may choose your entree when you RSVP. After lots of dancing and drinking, there will be desserts!

No problem! If you want to change your meal selection just contact Alanna directly or go through the RSVP process again and re-select your meal option. You must do this prior to the deadlines of the RSVP, once the deadline has passed we will not be able to change any more meal selections.
