David and Alyssa met in the summer of 2016 when they were just 17/18 working together as lifeguards.

they had their first date on August 17th 2016 and became a couple on sept 10th. Falling in love that first Christmas.

Unfortunately their relationship would go on to face many hardships and they decided to go their separate ways in February of 2019 

After a year and a half they decided to go out for a drink in July of 2020. Neither of them with the intention of dating again…..They were in a relationship by September of that year. 
In the first three years they would go on to move in together and relocate to Cadillac. David would graduate from the state police Academy in 2023 and they would finish the year with an engagement on New Year’s Eve. 

In 2024 they bought their first house and extended their family to include their sweet baby boy Sampson. 

In 2025 they are excited to plan their wedding with their family and friends and become husband and wife.
