Downtown Chattanooga is divided into various neighborhoods - Northshore, South Side, Riverfront, City Center, Bluff View Art District, MLK/UTC, and West Village - Each offering their own distinctive vibe and abundance of things to do and eat. You can easily access the downtown areas walking or by the free electric shuttle.

One of our favorite areas in Chattanooga. Chalk Alley, River Street Deli, combination of vintage shops and boutiques - There is something for everyone! Walk over the Tennessee River on the Walnut Street Bridge (one of the longest pedestrain only bridges in the world) to explore the Riverfront area. Check out what is at the North Shore here.

Another one of our favorite areas, where The Chattanoogan Hotel is located. Anchored by the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, next to our favorite coffee shop, Frothy Monkey, only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The area offers a bit of everything from morning to night, when Station Street comes alive at the bars and restuarants!

Chattanooga's epicenter - Lots of green space and peaceful views of the Tennessee River! Featuring the Tennessee Aquarium, the largest freshwater aquarium in the world. Walk up toward the Bluff City Art District and walk across the Walnut Street Bridge and Tennessee River to get to the North Shore.
