After the cutest little 5-day courtship Hinge has ever seen, Erin and David met on October 30, 2022 at Gather in Lincoln Square. From the moment they met, it was clear to David that Erin was practicing how to write "Purcell" in her handwriting - just ask her.

Throughout their relationship, David has been drawn to Erin's beautiful smile, bubbly and friendly personality, and quiet, confident demeanor. Erin loves David's sense of humor, the thought and care he puts into everything he does, and his amazing dance moves.

Erin and David's chemistry sparked quickly, and the relationship really took form with the early realization they shared the same values and dreams for their future. Plus, they're both BIG sports fans, and the time on their couch where David watches the game and Erin looks at her phone has made their bond that much stronger.

Eight months to the day after their first date, David pulled off the surprise of a lifetime and proposed to Erin on the bridge in Lincoln Park overlooking the city. She said "YES!," and they've been planning this special day ever since.
