What’s the best way to book my trip?
Once you RSVP, the bride and groom will send you a booking form that you will need to fill out and return. Our wonderful travel agent Fran will be reaching out to you once received to place your deposit to hold your spot. The deposit is due no later than January 20th, 2024.
When should I book by?
We would appreciate you RSVP by January 18th, 2024. Our wonderful travel agent Fran is taking care of all booking arrangements.
Are kids permitted to come?
We encourage you to bring your whole family! Everyone is welcome on this vacation. We specifically chose a resort that accommodates everyone and offers great entertainment to all ages.
Will transportation/a shuttle be provided from and to the resort from the airport?
Absolutely. Transportation will be organize to bring all of our guests to and from the airport in Mexico.
I missed the deadline, how can I come?
If any guests would like to book into the group after the deadline date has expired, they may still be able to but the pricing may be at a different rate. Please contact our travel agent.

What if I happen to find cheaper rates elsewhere?
Room blocks are set up for the wedding couple to ensure there is enough availability for their guests. If you have any questions regarding price matching, you can bring that forward with our travel agent.
How do I get to the wedding venue?
The venue will take place on the Sandos Playacar resort.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code is semi-formal
When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?
The wedding takes place on November 29th, 2024. Hotel policy mandates that all events need to end by 11pm. From 11pm-2am, we invite everyone to the party at the resort disco.
What will be served during the wedding reception?
Once the options have been finalized, they will be provided to our guests.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know prior to the wedding?
The resort will be happy to cater to your special needs. Please send any dietary requirements to the bride or groom and they will forward it to the wedding coordinator.
Can I invite some of my own friends and family on this vacation?
Everyone is welcome on this vacation! Please let the bride or groom know so they can inform you further on this process.
I want a different type of room than what was offered, what do I do?
There are types of rooms which can be viewed on the Transat website under the Sandos Playacar resort. If you wish to update and/or inquire about a different type of room, please reach out to Fran, our travel agent.
I want to come however all reserved seats got filled. What do I do?
No panic! Just contact Fran, our travel agent, and she will inquire to reserve your seat on the plan and book your room at the resort. As this is no longer part of our blocked off seats/room, you may be quoted at a different price.
