Our Wedding

David and Maya began their journey at the start of 2020. Their first date was Valentine’s Day and they spent that evening walking up and down King Street talking (truthfully Maya talking and David listening).They have been together ever since. David has graduated from the Citadel and Mercer, while Maya has pursued her career. The couple has moved from Charleston to Atlanta to Greenville.In December of 2023 while in the Bahamas, David popped the question. The couple has excitedly awaited their wedding ever since and are grateful to share their love.

Atalaya Castle served as the Huntingtons’ home, while Brookgreen Gardens was established as an outdoor sculpture garden to showcase Anna’s work.Today, Brookgreen Gardens functions as a major sculpture garden, botanical garden, and zoo.
