The reception begins at 17:30, with celebrations wrapping up around midnight. You're welcome to head off whenever you need — we’re just excited to celebrate with you for as long as you can stay!

What if I need to leave early?

No worries at all. We’ll keep the party going and make sure you don’t miss the best bits before you head off!

Where is the reception located?

Upstairs at Verity Lane Market — 50 Northbourne Avenue, Canberra, ACT. Look for signage on arrival and head up the stairs or take the elevator to the Louie Louie room.

What’s the dress code for the reception?

Semi-formal — elegant but comfortable. Think dresses, skirts, dress pants, or nice shirts. Feel free to add your own flair… and if you’re feeling bold, bring the Crocs!

Will food and drinks be served?

Absolutely! There’ll be plenty of delicious food and drinks. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one to the reception?

Is there parking available at the venue?

We adore your little ones! If you’d like to bring them along, just let us know when you RSVP or reach out directly. Otherwise, feel free to enjoy a well-deserved, kid-free night out!

Can I bring a camera or use my phone to take pictures?

Yes, feel free to capture memories throughout the night! We’ll also have a professional photographer covering the day, so you can relax and enjoy the moment. We just ask that you’re mindful during key moments so everyone can stay present and enjoy the experience together.

Will there be assigned seating?

Yes- there will be a seating plan to help you find your spot. Just check the details when you arrive—we’ll be there to guide you!

Is there a gift registry?

We feel so lucky to have what we need and don’t have a traditional gift registry. If you’d like to contribute in some way, please see the 'Your Presence is the Greatest Gift' section for more details — your love and support mean the world to us.

What should I do if I have accessibility needs?

Is there a dinner the night before or plans the next day?

Yes! We’ve organised a casual dinner the night before and a relaxed brunch the morning after — both optional. Let us know when you RSVP if you'd like to join.

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Late February in Canberra is usually warm during the day, with cooler evenings. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and bringing a jacket just in case.
