Our Wedding

It all began thanks to Hinge, the dating app created in 2012. Fast forward eleven years, on the day before New Year’s Eve in 2023, David and Lauren were introduced over a cup of coffee at Ascension in Dallas. David, originally from Florida, moved to Dallas in 2021, while Lauren has always called DFW home. From that first coffee date, we quickly discovered we had so much in common—shared values, laughter, and a love for Jesus. Fancy dinners, and late-night talks were just the beginning. As our relationship grew, so did our connection. We spent our days laughing, dreaming, and creating memories that have shaped us into the couple we are today. Thankfully, David was willing to hang his serial dater hat up and Lauren was willing to stop being Miss. Independent. We are so honored to get to celebrate our love for each other with our all family and friends in Cancun, Mexico!

Moon Palace Cancun is a very large all-inclusive resort with over a dozen restaurants, pools, golf course, spa, activities, and nightlife. We are sure your stay can be full of fun all within the resort walls. However if you leave the property the resort is located very close to the city center where you can shop and experience local culture. Once you book your stay you will have access to the Moon Palace Resort app and you can look at all the amenities, shows, etc.
