<p>	David and Wendy met in the summer of 2018 at 18 years old. They were both auditioning for a show at starlight theatre when they got shoved in a room together to wait on a dance audition. Wendy thought about the boy being cute but, wasn't looking for anything serious. David was regretting not getting her number! Although Wendy did not do a show at starlight that summer, the couple met yet again at Gateway Theatre Company at the first rehearsal of Hairspray the musical. Neither of them knowing that either auditioned. At that rehearsal Wendy's eyes lit up seeing a once familiar face and David was eager to ask her out. Little did Wendy know because she thought he was asking as a friend, until clarified! The couple went on their first date and the rest was history! They spend hours on the phone and texting, had many fun dates on the town and on the farm David grew up on- falling in love in a tree! They are a strong couple that have the intention of growing together! They have gotten through awesome and tough times- including withstanding being apart during COVID. This just made their relationship stronger. On April 13, 2021, David got on one knee and proposed to Wendy at Sinnisippi Garden by the yellow flowers that were her favorite. It was a perfect date! At age 25 the couple has grown and continues to grow together as they get married on June 17, 2023!</p>
