It took us half our lives to find a True Love for the rest of our lives.
We met as friends, competitors actually, at a local poker game. After a few years of playing and getting to know each other, we discovered we had much more in common then just poker. Rides on a motorcycle, love for travel, beaches and warm weather. We both appreciated fine dining and local foods (to the area we were visiting at the time). We share a love for just about anything, new or old.
In 2017, our adventures began. We traveled, we ate, we danced, we sang, we cried, we laughed, we even made it through a worldwide pandemic and didn't kill one another. This pandemic is what brought us closer together, we were inseparable (obviously, it's a pandemic).
Almost 5 years later, New Year's Eve, at the stroke of midnight, he proposed. New Year, new beginnings! And now we start this journey, together in preparing for the Rest of Our Lives!
