We're excited to celebrate with you in style! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, so please dress to impress. Ladies, if possible, we’d appreciate it if you could avoid wearing blue, as our bridesmaids will be in mix-and-match shades of blue. Thank you, and we can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!
Do I need to arrange my own transportation to the venue?
We've taken care of transportation for you! Shuttles will pick up guests from the hotel and bring them to the ceremony at the following times:
Ceremony Shuttle Times:
2:45pm
3:15pm
Hotel Shuttle Times:
10:30pm
11:30pm
1:00am
No need to memorize these times! They’ll be posted at the reception and the hotel, and our DJ will announce them throughout the night.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on the grounds, with the reception to follow inside. In case of rain, we’ve got it covered! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors, so you can stay dry and enjoy the celebration without a hitch.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
As much as we LOVE your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. Due to limited numbers, the only children we are able to accommodate are the three babies that have decided to make their entrance into this world in time for their parents to be in our bridal party. If we are unable to invite your children we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the party with us.
Is there an open bar?
Yes! Please drink responsibility, use the shuttle service and stay out of the pool.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We are having an 'unplugged ceremony', this means that we are asking all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our day and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! We kindly as that you try to stay out of the photographers way so they are able to capture everything.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Roseville Estates in Cambridge. There will be a cocktail hour following the reception outside on the grounds.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There is free parking at the venue, Roseville Estates. You are able to leave your car in the parking lot overnight if you choose to have a drink. The venue just asks if you can have your car out of the parking lot by 11am the following day.
