Hi, Everyone!

If you’re seeing this, you probably know most of our story already. On June 15, 2019, we ended up at the same barbecue. I can guarantee you neither of us went into that night thinking we’d be meeting our person. I went there in yoga pants, a t-shirt, flip flops, and with my hair still wet from the shower, and yet, the sparks still flew. Dom learned who he was dealing with pretty quickly when I turned down his kiss that first night. We went on to start dating, and it was honestly crazy how easy it was to tell each other the good, the bad, and the ugly right from the start. He asked me to be his girlfriend on July 9, 2019, and I think we both knew right there we were stuck together. We grew to know and love each other’s friends and families. We’ve had adventures, days working hard, and days doing nothing. We’ve laughed. We’ve cried. We’ve rode the waves of this crazy world together for over 4.5 years. The bad days are more bearable with a teammate, and the good days are so much better with your partner to be happy and celebrate with. So many things have just been better together. On December 23, 2023, during family Christmas pictures, with the help of my family, Dominic asked me to marry him. I think I blacked out and felt every possible emotion at once, but the obvious answer was YES! We are now planning our wedding, and we hope you can continue to enjoy this crazy journey with us as we start our lives together!
