• All rooms not reserved by this date will be released back into general inventory.

• Any reservations made after the cut-off date will be at “The Best Available Rate”.

BILLING

• To secure a hotel guest room, guests must call and guarantee the reservation against their credit card.

• Guest room charges, local and state taxes, and incidentals to be billed to the guest’s credit card.
