Our Wedding

Mark and I met online in 2023, we were dating later that year. Engaged in July of 2024 . First time I ever met Mark we took my dog Gus on a walk.. only Gus doesn't walk much anymore, so he rides in a stroller. I knew if Mark still wanted to hangout with me after I pushed my beagle (Gus) in a stroller around our home town it, he was the one.

Kimberly is my older sister. She has been there for me for as long as I can remember. Kim has been my voice of reason for many choices but a main one was that she was the one who told me that I should go out on a date with Mark. I am forever thankful that she did because Mark is my person.

Heather is my oldest sister. She has been there for me since the beginning! I am grateful to have her stand next to me on my biggest day. Cheers to new beginnings and to life long sisters.

Emerald is my 9 year old niece, who will bring the fire and spunk to any event that she attends.

Aubrey has been in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up she was always around and became a sister figure to me. I love her dearly and she has always been there for me.

I had the honor of meeting Marrisa at dog training class when Winston was just a puppy.  We spent countless hours training our dogs and it was what grew our friendship.

Nissa has come into my life within the past two years. She is Mark's brothers wife. In the short time I have gotten to get to know Nissa she is a calm presence with a kind soul. She has been extremely welcoming and I always enjoy our times together.

Kayla is Mark's sister and I cannot express enough how kind and amazing she is. She has been so welcoming to me coming into their family and I love how our friendship is growing. She is someone I love being around and I am very blessed to have her by my side on my big day.

Jon is my brother. Growing up we mostly got along well and had a lot of the same friends, interests, and we were also in scouts together. Our childhood consisted of a lot of time with our friends camping or playing video games for hours and hours at each other's houses. I was the best man at Jon's wedding and I felt the need to repay the "honor" of giving a speech to a large group of people. Jokes aside, he is the best person to be my best man.

I have been friends with Mike since I was in elementary school. Initially just my brother’s friend/my friend’s older brother, we got to know each other better while in scouts. Eventually, we all would hang out together and play Xbox late into the night many nights of the week. In high school we both played football and spent many weekends going to our favorite Mexican restaurant. After high school Mike and I also both went to UW-Whitewater and drove pea combines on the nightshift during our summer breaks. We have had lots of good times together and still play Xbox and hang out when we find the time.

Mark and I met in kindergarten and have been friends since. In 1st grade we signed up for scouts and spent a lot of time together over the years. Being in the same friend group with my brother and his brother meant we all went on many scouting trips and played a lot of games together. Playing high school football and track meant more time to hangout and that continued after high school when we both went to UW-Whitewater and spent our summers driving pea combines on the nightshift and we would always get the same days off so we could hangout. Despite the annoyance of having the same name, he is one of my oldest and best friends.

Ryan and I were in the same class in 1st grade and that is where our friendship began. Much like the other groomsmen we spent time together in scouts, playing video games, having sleepovers, and playing high school football. Post-college is where we started to spend the majority of our weekends together with our friend group. Milwaukee trips, football Sundays, marathon gaming sessions, and whatever dumb thing we could come up with to entertain ourselves is how we spent our free time. We’ve been friends for 30 years so of course he was an easy choice to be one of my groomsmen.

Ryan DeHaai

I have known of Vince since middle school but we did not start hanging out and become friends until our mid-twenties. It started out as mostly just bar friends but it eventually shifted into hanging out at each other’s houses to watch sports, movies, and TV. In addition to that, we also enjoyed a lot of the same video games so we logged many hours together on Xbox. Neither of us are big talkers, but that may have worked in our favor to not get too annoyed with each other while we were roommates for almost six and a half years. Even after that he is still willing to occasionally help me move furniture from time to time.

Vince Krier

Like his twin brother Vince, I was aware of who Austin was for many years before I got to know him. Like most of the groomsmen bars, sports, The Simpsons, and Xbox are the cornerstones of our friendship. Even after he moved out of town we still find time to hang out and play Xbox online. It also helps that he is married to my cousin, so we get to hang out at some family events.

Wedding Party

Dinner will start at 5:00 pm. Please arrive around 4:45 pm at the latest to get situated and find your seat prior to dinner. Dancing will follow dinner and event will end at 11:30 pm.
