Matt and Dee met through mutual friends on Cinco de Mayo 2022 at the hottest spot in Chicago, the one an only Parlor Pizza in West Loop. Matt bought Dee a drink, the next thing they knew, they were cutting up the dance floor at Bandit.

The next week they went on their first date, Matt knew the way to Dee's heart was flowers, Italian food, and ice cream. Dee couldn't resit his luscious locks and Matt couldn't resist her beautiful smile and bubbly personality.

From then on their love flourished as they went to many concerts, dates, and trips to new places. In the spring of 2023, they moved in together and got engaged on their 1 year anniversary!
