Due to the venues request, we are only allowed to have parties select EITHER Vietnamese OR American cuisine. Otherwise, you and your guest will be sitting at different tables! Please make your selection based on what would be best for all who will be attending with you. Sorry for the confusion! <3
There will be a number of courses, as is customary with Vietnamese weddings. Here's what we have in store for the day of the wedding:

These dishes are sure to be tasty and filling on our special day. Mama Laura and Dad helped John and I pick out these dishes by attending the tasting with us. It was a great afternoon - the view on the green is beautiful!
These dishes will be served buffet style.You'll have the choice of:
Carved Top sirloin of Beef with demi-glaze and bordelaise sauce on the side
Almond Chicken with Champagne sauce
Fresh grilled vegetables, Chef's choice
