Our Wedding

David and Debbie met on the app Hinge in 2022. David lived in Eau Claire, Wisconsin at this time, while Debbie was in Minneapolis. They met in Hudson, Wisconsin, on a chilly fall day and knew there was something special there. This is also when Debbie learns David's silly nature, and David learns how loving and caring Debbie is. With them both being nurses, there was instant chemistry!

The day we met!

David and Debbie continued their long-distance relationship, driving between Minnesota and Wisconsin when they could. After much consideration (and persuasion!) David left Eau Claire to join Debbie (and her cat, Calliope) in Minneapolis, where the two have been together since. In August of 2024, David took Debbie on a spontaneous drive back to Hudson, WI, where the two reminisced about where they had their first kiss in an antique store basement. While the two were there, David knelt down on one knee and asked Debbie to be his wife! They look forward to what the future brings to the future Mr. and Mrs. Begin.
