Deborah and Kerby met in Tallahassee, Florida, starting off as coworkers, but quickly blossoming into close friends. Kerby made the “first move,” initiating interest and expressing he realized this was more than a friendship. They had a special spark. After several months of flirting, they officially made a commitment to one another in December of 2011.

After many years in Tallahassee, the two decided it was time to move on to bigger and better things by relocating to Orlando, Florida in 2016, which is now home for the couple.

Birthdays for these two love birds have always been very adventurous and spontaneous, to say the least. They have done things such as cruises, helicopter rides, swimming with dolphins, and touring different cities. There was one birthday for sure that stands out from any other; Deborah’s 27th birthday in July 2018. Kerby thought it would be great to do a surprise birthday party for her in her hometown, West Palm Beach, FL. Little did everyone know, not only was it a surprise birthday party filled with family and friends, but also the exact moment Kerby would propose.

Months after the proposal, Deborah and Kerby decided on a venue. The venue is located in a place that is very significant to the couple, sitting off a riverbank — water being the common ground and peace for the two . They’ve spent countless times together at many beaches, enjoying the simple pleasures of life and one another. They look forward to celebrating this momentous occasion with close family and friends on March 20, 2020.
