We would appreciate if all guest RSVP no later than October 1st, 2025. The earlier the better! We will only be using this website as our way of gathering numbers on guest! Therefore, if you do not RSVP you will have no seat.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive early to park and claim a seat!

Parking will be available at the venue! There will be horseback parking coordinator’s to help direct and fit all vehicles nicely in the parking lot. Incase of parking lot capacity we encourage carpooling, especially if you are taking part in drinking.

We are having an unplugged ceremony! Please turn off and keep phones put away.

Of course! Wouldn’t be a party without one. Please note, the Venue will not allow for outside drinks to be brought in. They also do not allow open containers or leftover alcohol from the bar to be left with at the end of the night. Please be respectful of this as we would be liable to lose our safety deposit.

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place indoors! We will have an outdoor area with a fire place, which will also be used as a smoking section.

The attire will be semi-formal. Our theme is western, therefore boots and jeans are allowed. Our broad color scheme incorporates all of the beautiful colors of fall! No white please.

The venue that we have chose has antiques displayed throughout the reception area. That being said if you have small children on your RSVP list please keep an eye on them. There is a “you break it, you buy it” rule.

Due to the max capacity of the venue plus ones are therefore invitation only! Thank you for your understanding.

Even though we’d love to invite everyone to celebrate our special day, due to maximum capacity there simply isn’t room. The names on your RSVP list are the intended guest.
