Who would utilize transportation FROM the venue (after the wedding) TO the oceanfront area? The venue is slightly remote and there's no guarantee an Uber will come pick you up. [You can safely leave your vehicle at the venue and pick up the next day - there is plenty of parking.] We do not want our guests who have been drinking to drive and we want all of our guests to fully enjoy themselves!!! So we'd like to provide transportation from the venue to the oceanfront (assuming most out of towners will get a hotel in that area) and would like to get a head count. We want our guests to be comfortable, but also look nice! Our photographer will be standing by as guests arrive to take a picture of you all dressed up and looking good!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside, behind the museum. The area is paved and the ceremony starts around sunset so if it's chilly out, suggest to bring a light jacket. If it's hot like the sun (it's VA, ya never know), I may not come outside! LOL ~DeDe

6:30pm Ceremony begins Immediately following ceremony, there will be a quick video (directions will be given), then all guests are asked to proceed inside the museum to the second floor balcony (overlooking the reception area) for a group picture. 7:00pm "Rocktail" Hour begins while wedding party pictures are taken. 7:30'ish Wedding Party Enters Following: First dance, dinner, toasts then DANCING!!

We will not be doing the traditional cake cutting during the reception! The dessert table will be available all evening! Dig in!

For those with food allergies, this is what will be served: Hors d'oeuvres: Charcuterie Board, Crostinis, Fruit Tray, Sweet & Tangy Meatballs... Dinner: Chicken Parmesan/Spaghetti, Lasagna, Garlic Knots, Caesar Salad... If you can't eat or do not like any of the above, eat before you come!

As we are grown and have lived together for years, We have all we want and do not need any gifts. But if you were thinking of getting us something small, A contribution towards our honeymoon wouldn’t go a miss.
