Formal Attire. Our bridal party will be wearing maroon and navy blue so please avoid these colors as much as possible! Thank you!

While we love your little ones, this will be primarily an adults-only celebration. We hope you can take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and have fun! If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to one of us!

We kindly ask you arrive by 2:00pm when guest seating begins.

The ceremony will be outdoors (pending the weather). The cocktail hour + reception will be located in the Boulder Ridge Ballroom. Shuttles will be available to bring guests up the mountain or guests can drive.

No! You are more than welcome to stay at another hotel near by or commute to the resort and back. Rooms are blocked off for guests who do wish to stay on the resort. There are 3 lodges to choose from. Click the Accommodations tab for more information and how to book.

Please reach out to one of us with your guests name and information. We will determine if we are able to accommodate another guest at that time.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late and will be marked as a "No". We will need to provide our vendors and venue with exact guest counts by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We also plan to have an after-party at one of the pubs below the lodge which will be cash bar. Please plan accordingly and have a safe way to get home.
