Paola has been a rock for Deja ever since they first became friends. Paola constantly offers support and encouragement and is always there Deja no matter what. Paola is Deja's foodie soul sister and loves a seafood boil as much as Deja does.

Gabie has held many roles in Deja's life: Sorority little, roommate, best friend, and now maid of honor. Gabie has the sweetest soul and is always down for an adventure. Gabie is the playlist queen and also has an anthem for whatever wild situations Deja and Gabie get into.

Taylor and Deja became friends when they both got locked out of their freshman dorm together. Ever since then they have been inseparable. Taylor never fails to make Deja laugh and you will often hear them reminiscing about all their crazy freshman year memories.

Darrell and Deja got close when they became roommates in college. Since then, they are constantly hanging out around Charleston. One week they literally spent every day together. Deja knows she can always count on Darrell for words of encouragement and to speak his mind.

Deja literally wouldn't have survived grad school without Lauren. Lauren has the biggest heart and is a wonderful support system. Plus Lauren patiently listened to Deja complain about not being engaged for a whole year.

Heather is so funny and the queen of finding a good deal. Deja is so thankful to have a SIL who has been so supportive from the beginning.

Antonia is Deja's oldest sister. Even though they don't get to see each other every day Deja knows that her sister will always have her back and is only a phone call away.

Teyha is Deja's sissy. Tehya and Deja share many inside jokes and love to get on their parent's nerves together. Tehya always backs Deja no matter what and always brings a fun energy which often get the pair in trouble together.

Tiana is Deja's youngest sister. She is always down for Deja to drag her on adventures (as long as there is food involved). Tiana is often reserved but is so funny and keeps Deja laughing.

Bryson entered Marvin's life in 2018 when they both worked at the same restaurant. After a short period of time, the two became great friends. Marvin lived with Bryson for a while and oftentimes they would stay up late either playing video games or shouting the lyrics to a song they both loved. A very easy person to get along with, and very knowledgeable in the world of music, video games, and professional wrestling.

Marvin met Caleb around 2005 when they both played on the same baseball team together. They quickly became best friends, bonding over nerdy things like Star Wars and Lord of The Rings. Throughout elementary, middle, and high school, Caleb has always been there for Marvin. Needless to say, they both kinda sucked at baseball.

Markise is Deja's older brother, and he shares a lot of similar interests with Marvin. They both share a love of video games and other nerdy things. Although they seldom see each other, it's always a good time when they get together. Markise has been stationed in Japan for a little while, but he will definitely be ecstatic to be there for his sister's special day.

Cam met Marvin around 2021 when he began working at The Willcox. They quickly became friends, bonding over their mutual love for video games, music, and karaoke. Cam is also described by Deja as Marvin's "coolest" friend.

Marvin met Alex when he joined his fraternity, and Alex became Marvin's 'big' brother. An old soul, but somehow still young at heart, Alex and Marvin quickly became friends, and they bonded over their mutual love for nerdy things like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings (anybody see a trend here?)

Shane met Marvin when he was born, seeing as he's his older brother after all. Marvin may think that he's a good cook, but he can't begin to touch the skills that Shane has on the grill. Shane is an avid sports fan, a devoted father, and grill master with a quick-witted sense of humor--a trait that Marvin relates to quite well.

Harley is Marvin's brother-in-law, and they have very similar interests, such as video games, Star Wars, and making fun of Marvin's sister. An avid Atlanta Braves fan, and a math whiz, that is where the similarities end for Marvin and Harley (Marvin sucks at math and doesn't watch sports)

Deja's little brother, a bright eyed, happy, 10-year-old who absolutely loves trading card games. Whether it be Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon, or even Bakugan, you can be sure you'll probably be schooled by him if you end up in a duel.
