Are kids allowed at the wedding/reception?
As much as we love all of your little ones, this will be a children free event. Parents deserve a night out as much as anyone else! Additionally, with the outdoor fire pit located at the venue, we want to ensure everyone’s safety. We appreciate your understanding!
ARE KIDS ALLOWED AT THE ENGAGEMENT SHOWER?
Yes! Since we won't be able to celebrate with your little ones on our wedding day, we want to include them at our family friendly Engagement Shower where everyone is encouraged to dress comfortably, play their favorite lawn games, and the kids can even enjoy the inground pool onsite! (With parental supervision)
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We're aiming for a semi-formal attire with a focus on a fall color palette. This means suits and ties or button down shirts for gentlemen and cocktail dresses or elegant separates for ladies in colors that reflect the beautiful hues of autumn.
Can you give us some examples of what to wear?
For gentlemen, think suits in shades like charcoal, navy, or earth tones paired with ties or accessories in warm colors such as burgundy, mustard, or deep greens. Ladies might opt for dresses in rich fall shades like burgundy, deep green, or navy. Elegant jumpsuits or chic separates in these colors are also perfect choices!
What should we avoid wearing?
While we encourage creativity within the semi-formal and fall color palette, please avoid overly casual attire such as jeans, shorts, or t-shirts. Also, bright or neon colors that don't align with the autumn palette might feel out of place. Additionally, with any wedding, please refrain from wearing white or ivory.
Will the venue affect the dress code?
While our wedding ceremony is slated to take place outdoors, it will be a short ceremony and will be weather permitting. For the reception, our venue is indoors and climate-controlled, so you can dress comfortably for an autumn evening celebration without worrying about weather fluctuations.
Any final dress code advice for guests?
Dressing in semi-formal attire with a nod to fall colors ensures that everyone looks coordinated and elegant while celebrating our special day. We can't wait to celebrate with you all in style!
Will there be an open bar at the wedding?
Yes! We're excited to offer an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and a variety of spirits and cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages to celebrate our special day with all of our loved ones.
Is there a limit to the drinks guests can have?
We want everyone to enjoy themselves responsibly. While there isn't a strict limit on drinks, our bartenders will monitor consumption to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Shots will not be available to order from the bar.
Do you have any signature cocktails or specialty drinks?
Yes, we'll have a few signature cocktails that reflect our tastes and the theme of the wedding. These will be available alongside the regular bar menu.
Can guests request specific drinks or cocktails?
Our skilled bartenders will be happy to mix up your favorite drinks! If there's something special you'd like, just let them know and they'll do their best to accommodate.
Are there any guidelines or rules regarding the bar?
We kindly ask that guests drink responsibly and respect our venue's policies regarding alcohol consumption. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Shots will not be available to order from the bar.
Is the open bar available throughout the entire wedding reception?
The open bar will be available from the start of the reception until the end of the evening, pausing for a brief break from alcoholic beverage service for 30 minutes during dinner.
What type of dinner will be served at the reception?
We'll be serving a delicious buffet dinner featuring a variety of dishes, including options for everyone!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE TO THE WEDDING?
Since we want to be able to celebrate our special day with the people who mean the most to us, we had to be selective with our guest list. With that being said, when you RSVP on our wedding website, you will be able to see each guest’s name that is associated with your invitation. If there is no additional guest listed when you RSVP, we unfortunately could not accommodate giving a plus one with your invitation.
