Delarine and Zuriel met in Stockton, CA. They both attended August Knodt Jr. Elementary School and first saw each other in band. They stayed as friends until high school. In 2011, they became best friends and were inseparable. On August 29, 2011 they finally made it official as Boyfriend and Girlfriend, in which they dated all through out high school. In 2014, Delarine moved to Sacramento to attend Sacramento State and Zuriel moved to the bay area to continue his studies. Though they had a long distance relationship, they saw each other as much as they could. In 2016, Zuriel transferred to Sacramento State where they moved in together. As they both continued studying towards their degrees, Zuriel was diagnosed with Cancer in 2018. With the support from their family and friends Delarine was able to care for Zuriel through his difficult treatment and continue to complete her degree. Their loved grew stronger each year. In 2021. after a year dealing with a pandemic, Zuriel proposed to Delarine on the lakeshore of South Lake Tahoe. Now Delarine and Zuriel are ready to start the next chapter in their lives and are excited to share their love with everyone on November 4, 2022. They hope to see you all there :)
